Saxophone
The saxophone may be studied as a major subject in the school music course. The focus here is on big band jazz harmony, but there is also classical saxophone training. The range of courses includes instruction in improvising and arranging. Regular public appearances with the University Big Band and Saxophone Ensemble complete training in terms of practical experience and performance assurance.
