A new joint concert series of the Karlsruhe University of Music with TABOU Jazz-Literature-Theater-Art in Karlsruhe starts on April 3 with a song recital by Äneas Humm and Hartmut Höll. After hardship-filled and extremely stressful days of flight from the Ukrainian war zones, the first six female students from Kyiv arrived today at the Karlsruhe University of Music. It is expected that more students will arrive from Ukraine in the coming weeks. They will all receive guest student status from the university for up to two semesters. Professor Lucretia Anderson West
passed away in the USA on February 21, 2022 at the age of 99.
Lucretia West was a highly esteemed colleague who showed many of our voice students good paths to follow. She will be remembered by all who knew her.
