regarding reconstruction works/fire protection measures in Schloss Gottesaue
Dear teachers and students,
during the upcoming lecture-free period between July 24 and September 29, 2023, the last major construction phase of the fire protection measures in Gottesaue Castle will take place. The final construction phase includes slitting and cable pulling work in the stair towers and the library. The installation of equipment across all rooms will also be continued.

Mrs Margaret Singer

Margaret Singer was a lecturer in string repetition from 1989 to 2001. She was a colleague highly esteemed and respected by all, who mentored her students with great dedication as well as exceptional excellence, and who contributed to the college with personal devotion. We will remember the deceased with honor.
Our deepest sympathy goes to all her friends and family.

It has just been reported that Prof. Dr. Christoph Seibert, Head of the Institute for Music Infomatics and Musicology, has been elected Prorector for Research and Networking by the Senate of the Karlsruhe University of Music. He will take up his new post on July 1, 2023.
