Computer Studio rooms
The five production studios each have a Pro Tools Ultimate system, a 5.1 monitor (standardized according to ITU), 16-fader Eucon controller, MIDI master keyboard, B monitor (LR), Mac Pro with PCI expansion chassis and video editing console with Mac Pro, calibrated 4k video monitor, and LR monitors available.
In addition, there are other sound generators, synthesizers, Pro Tools Ultimate systems, controllers, microphones, speakers and much more at hand. In Studio12 there are also 8 speakers in a ring arrangement. Studio13 has another 8.1-speakers that extend standard monitoring to a 13.2-Dolby Atmos / Auro-3D installation.
In the 3D Sound Lab, a spherical loudspeaker arrangement with 64 loudspeakers statistically distributed is available for HDLA sound playback systems.
In each of the three seminar rooms there is a Pro Tools Ultimate system with 8 loudspeakers arranged in a listening circuit as a playback system.
In seminar room 207, there is a computer grand piano with TouchKey sensor system on the keys. In seminar room 215, there is a WaveFieldSynthese system with 44 loudspeakers and a 3D-Stereo screen.
In two concert rooms of the MUT building, there are HDLA sound dome installations with 41.2 and 58.4 speakers supervised by the ComputerStudio.
With various tracking systems and VR installations, the VR-Lab offers extensive options for applications in the field of VR and AR.
In the HfM video studio there is a virtual 3D video studio with a Green Screen Cave, camera tracking, and real-time video control supervised by the ComputerStudio.
In the control room of the large concert hall, the ComputerStudio operates a 4k video control with 16 camera video inputs in combination with a 128x128 video matrix, enabling real-time video production from several performance rooms.
The video camera and technology pool of the ComputerStudio makes possible professional video productions.
All rooms are interconnected with a digital audio matrix, a digital video matrix and additional copper audio lines and fiber optic cables. This makes the IOSONO CORE spatialization processor usable in all suitable rooms.
In MUT rehearsal rooms and the lecture hall are two further computer grand pianos supervised by the ComputerStudio.
