What does a piano look like on the inside? Why can't music exist without air? And what animals live in a violin case? The instrument presentations for first and second graders explore questions like these about the construction, playing techniques, sound, and history of various instruments in a playful and interactive way. From jazz to classical music to current chart hits, there is something for every musical taste when students from the Karlsruhe University of Music show what their instruments can do. Well informed and inspired by the wonderful sounds, the students even have the opportunity to try out the instruments they have learned about for themselves.
