about this event
At this concert, students from Markus Hechtle's composition class will not only introduce themselves compositionally with the premiere of one of their latest works, but also personally in conversation with Ulrich Wagner - himself a trained composer. It becomes clear how much composers have to search for - and find - their own style at the very beginning of their creative endeavours. After the concert, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed get-together with tomorrow's generation of composers. (Badisches Staatstheater)
