The blue wonder for eyes and ears

From 14 September, the Gaia installation can be admired in the Protestant City Church on Marktplatz. In Greek mythology, Gaia is the Earth personified and the installation consists of a seven metre tall, detailed image of the planet with original NASA images.
The Protestant City Church is open daily from 1 pm to 10 pm during the project period from Saturday, 14 September to Sunday, 6 October 2024.
From 16 September, four times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, there will be an approximately one-hour lunchtime concert with students from the Karlsruhe University of Music, starting at 1 pm when the church opens.
