With his own ensemble he works in historical performance practice, including, among others, cantatas by Johann Sebastian Bach and motets by Heinrich Schütz. Furthermore he works

2021 he won the 2nd prize in Slovakia at  the 5th international conducting competition "Encounters Over the
Choral Scores" and in the same year received the Interkultur Scholarship for  talented choral conductors. In 2022 Johannes Antoni was a scholarship holder of the Richard Wagner Scholarship Foundation. Master classes with Yuval Weinberg, Hans-Christoph Rademann, Georg Grün, Jörg Breiding, Jörg Straube and Nicolas Fink, among others, complement his musical education.
